Billy is a jack of all trades. While some might identify him as the talented guitarist of the band, Good Charlotte, others know him as an accomplished artist in the world of comics. Having previously spoken with him a few years ago about his work on the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, I was eager to catch up with him to discuss his current projects. However, in the process of discussing his projects - both those current & those on the horizon - we were able to chat about the sudden rise of Cons appearing in today's society.
